Jon Hackett
As President, Jon oversees Berkshire's operations, growth strategy, client relationships, and day-to-day performance. His passion for the industry began at age 13 when he started mowing lawns around his neighbourhood under the name 'Jon's Lawns.' With a background in engineering from Dalhousie University, Jon enjoys building systems, solving problems, and helping drive the company's continued growth.

Tim Hackett
Tim leads Berkshire's financial operations, including budgeting, contracts, banking relationships, and long-term planning. His interest in landscaping started at just five years old and grew through years of industry experience before co-founding Berkshire with his brothers. Tim is passionate about building a strong, sustainable company while maintaining a hands-on role in operations.

Nic oversees Berkshire's safety program, human resources initiatives, and internal systems development. A natural problem solver, he enjoys creating practical solutions that improve efficiency, support employees, and strengthen operations. Having been involved since the early 'Jon's Lawns' days, Nic continues to play a key role in Berkshire's growth and innovation.
Landscape Installs ManagerNoah Anthony
Noah manages Berkshire's landscape and hardscape projects from initial client meetings through project completion. Since joining the company in 2018, he has grown alongside Berkshire and takes pride in delivering high-quality work while helping the company continue to expand.
Luc Hashey
Luc oversees excavation and civil construction projects, working closely with clients, crews, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery. Before joining Berkshire, he spent a decade as a chef, bringing the same attention to detail and commitment to quality to every project he manages today.

Nick Dobson
Nick leads Berkshire's property maintenance division, overseeing mowing, gardening, scheduling, training, and quality control. After starting in the field and progressing through supervisory roles, he now manages one of the company's largest seasonal teams and plays an important role in supporting operations year-round.

Aaron oversees the maintenance and repair of Berkshire's fleet, ensuring equipment and vehicles remain safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance. Having started in the industry at a young age and worked in several divisions throughout his career, he brings valuable hands-on experience to the role.

Liam manages Berkshire's fleet maintenance program and procurement operations, ensuring equipment is properly maintained, cost-effective, and ready to perform. With more than 15 years of experience with Berkshire and its predecessor company, he has played an important role in the organization's growth and development.
